About Julie Waidelich

A native Texan and graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Julie Waidelich has helped clients buy and sell homes throughout the Austin area since 2001. As Broker and Owner of Nest Properties Austin, she has built her business on lasting relationships, exceptional service, and the trust of repeat and referral clients.

Julie works with buyers and sellers through every stage of homeownership, from first-time purchases and growing families to luxury properties, investment opportunities, second homes, and downsizing. Her clients value her market knowledge, attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and calm, organized approach. Her depth of real estate experience and industry expertise has also led to opportunities to serve as an expert witness in real estate matters.

Julie’s expertise includes firsthand experience building, renovating, and managing investment properties. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, a member of the Million Dollar Guild, and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. Her additional professional designations include GRI, CNE, SRS, ABR, PSA, AHWD, RSPS, and SRES.

Deeply connected to both her industry and community, Julie is an active member of local, state, and national real estate organizations and has served on the Northwest Austin Civic Association Board. She supports local schools, neighborhood initiatives, and charitable organizations through volunteer service and sponsorships.

Julie lives in Austin with her husband, Scott, and their four children. Outside of real estate, she enjoys running, tennis, cooking, volunteering, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Her highest priority remains creating relationships grounded in trust, confidence, and service while helping each client make thoughtful real estate decisions.
