Meet Julie
A native Texan and University of Texas at Austin graduate, Julie Waidelich has helped her clients buy and sell real estate in Austin since 2001. As a broker and owner, Julie took her passion for Austin, community involvement and her love of real estate to form Nest Properties Austin. Her clients appreciate her positive attitude, uncompromised professional commitment and exceptional attention to detail. Julie is passionate about serving her clients and attributes the growth of her firm to repeat business and referrals from gratified clients. She has had the privilege of representing buyers and sellers from across Austin and assisting her clients in all stages of their lives – from first time home buyers to growing families that need a larger home to empty nesters looking to downsize. Julie strives to take the stress out of selling and buying homes by utilizing her market knowledge, strong organizational and negotiating skills and providing her clients with unsurpassed customer service from start to finish.
Aside from assisting her clients with their real estate needs, Julie has personally been through the building process and has worked with her husband to renovate and manage multiple investment properties. She is a member of the Million Dollar Guild and has earned multiple designations including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Seller Representation Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and is a licensed Texas Broker and real estate agent.

As a large supporter of her local schools and community, Julie enjoys giving back through her time and sponsorship of various events and organizations. She currently serves on the Northwest Austin Civic Association (NWACA) Board and the Anderson High School Trojan Band (ABBA) Board and is a member of the PTA for neighborhood schools. Julie lives in the Northwest Hills neighborhood with her husband, Scott, and their 4 children. In her spare time, Julie enjoys running, playing tennis, cooking, coaching/volunteering with her children’s activities and spending time with her family and friends.
